The ISDC Championship Series takes the principles of the Rigshare World Series and goes a step further. Hearkening back to an era where power was high and downforce was low, tracks were strange and speeds were stupid. The ISDC Championship Series runs with the 850 horsepower late 90's CART-era Champ Cars. These cars are the same type that set track records all around the United States including the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Qualifying Records and the All-Time Closed Course Speed Record, over 241 miles per hour.
