and Johnny Eckert got fifth, which allowed him to hold his slimmed points lead. Eckert leaves Iowa with a seven point lead over Laarkamp and nine over Silliman. The series heads into Indianapolis for Pole Qualifying next week. Last season Jonathan Goke set a new track record at over a 231 mile per hour average. The warmer weather this season means that it's going to take a committed drive to set a new track record.
McAnally rounded out the Top 5. Eckert also collected the Stage Victory, for the additional Playoff Point to go along with it. Tim Silliman exits Rockingham with the points lead, just ahead of Nate Bowers. Bowers is still set to lead the points into Richmond though. Next up the series heads to its second large oval, the Michigan International Speedway, for a sprint affair in Motor City.

Gutierrez lead sixty of the seventy one laps, and took the fastest lap and pole honors. The finish meant that the title is now strongly in Eckert's favor, with a half race lead with only three races to go. Next week the Tough Trucks prove who really is the toughest at the bullring on the front stretch of Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Stephen Laarkamp lead the most laps on the night, while Ryan Kish, and Hill Motorsports teammates Johnny Eckert and Alex Boffoli lead the remaining 8 laps on the night. Stephen Laarkamp took the bonus for pole, as well as collected fastest lap honors. Johnny Eckert exits Britain and heads to Iowa with the points lead by seventeen over thrice defending champion Stephen Laarkamp. Ryan Kish sits only five behind the former champion, with Tim Silliman in fourth and Danny Roberts in fifth. Next week the Formula World Series will return to iRacing live and to Off Camber TV.
Playoffs. Nate Bowers retains a much slimmer points lead, and with his Daytona win is locked into the Playoffs, and as he sits now receives a first round bye. Silliman sits second. Next week the series visits the historic Rockingham Speedway in Rockingham, North Carolina for the GM Certified Service 150.
happened. With only a few short laps left Kish was forced to pit for fuel and finished two laps down in twelfth. Johnny Eckert and Tim Silliman were both able to mount a strong charge through the field to enter the top three in the closing laps. When Danny Roberts dropped out of the mix on a penalty with only three to go a huge gap opened between the pack and the leader, making it difficult for anyone to catch Eckert. Silliman edged Laarkamp for second while a four car three wide battle to the line took place behind, with Pilot Performance Group Teammates Travis Bennett and Erik Jeffers rounding out the Top-5. Danny Roberts still lead the most laps at 32 and came home as the final car on the lead lap in eleventh, while Stephen Laarkamp took fastest lap honors. Roberts also scored maximum bonus points having scored Pole Position. The race, the first with new partners Off Camber TV, was also the first streamed on iRacing Live, scoring a net viewership over four hundred, with over a hundred others on playback. Next week the series heads halfway around the world to Brands Hatch, just outside of London, England. The race will mark the first on ISDC TV, with Dylan Ackart and OCTV's Wes Graham in the booth.
