What started off as a normal day in Michigan quickly turned into a dream come true for Eric Steinmetz. The Indiana driver held off Chris Gutierrez and Stephen Taylor in the late laps of the endurance event with just drops of gas left in the car to pull off a fuel mileage upset. Gutierrez still took second, while Eric Micke took third, Stephen  Taylor fourth and Ken McCoy fifth. Gutierrez and Micke both lead the most laps on the night at 47, while Steinmetz pulled off fastest lap. Tanner Watkins swept the pole positions in the Triple Crown, but it was Danny Roberts who edged him to take the overall Triple Crown victory.  Stephen Laarkamp remains in the points lead going into the DHL Belgian Indy, ahead of Roberts and Payne. Tune in next Monday for the DHL Belgian Indy from Zolder on Fusion Motorsports TV.
